Melissa Delis Barth is Director of the New Client Division at Green & Greenberg, bringing more than 20 years of legal and professional experience to her work with Social Security Disability clients. Melissa earned her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law. As Director of the New Client Division, Melissa evaluates and develops legal strategy for Social Security Disability cases at all stages of the claims process, assessing clients’ medical and vocational circumstances to identify the legal issues affecting eligibility. Known for her thoughtful and thorough approach, she believes effective advocacy begins with listening carefully to each client’s circumstances and understanding the full picture of how their disability affects their ability to work. With experience in disability law, family law, insurance coverage, mediation, and client advocacy, Melissa is committed to providing clients with knowledgeable guidance and personalized attention to help them navigate the Social Security Disability process with clarity and compassion.
