If you need to file a new application we will assist you. Applications are filed online with the Social Security Administration (SSA) to ensure that cases are processed as quickly as possible. After your application is filed, SSA will send a confirmation of the application that you must sign and return.
If you have already received a denial, an appeal needs to be filed. We will do this immediately. We don’t want to waste time. During the appeal process, we will help complete forms and submit them to SSA. We contact your doctors to obtain forms and records that support your claim.
