Our Providence Office is located in Suite 5 in an office building at 365 Eddy St
Providence, RI 02903. We are located on the corner of Eddy & Elm street. We can have initial office conferences with you here most days, and you can drop off paperwork for your claim Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. The building is closed after 5:00pm on weekdays, and is closed all weekend.
